Choosing your favourite tipples for the big day is one of the highlights of the wedding planning and to make sure no one misses out during lockdown Hampshire wine tutor and Champagne expert Cécile Bergart is bringing the wine tasting fun direct to you.

Owner of the Hampshire Wine School Cécile is running virtual wine tastings every Saturday and Wednesday throughout May at 7pm live on Zoom. Born in the Champagne region of France, she's a fizz aficionado and will be discussing the very best bubbles England has to offer, running fun and educational tastings as well as a special event on Wednesday, May 27th at 7pm with Mark Darley of All Angels Vineyard, producers of fine English sparkling wines.

The Meet the Producer event will include the chance to ask Mark questions about growing grapes in Berkshire. What's more, thanks to the partnership, a special offer is available throughout May to buy a bottle of each of their cuvées at a discounted price with free delivery too! To claim the discount visit www.winebuyers.com and enter the special promotional code HWS275 at checkout to enjoy their two award-winning bubblies (Brut and Rosé).

To take part in any of the events, a £10 ticket entitles all members of the household to join in. On booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your ZOOM web link, meeting ID and password two days before the event itself.

Cecile says, "You don't need the wines to join in, but if you are in a supermarket you should be able to find examples of the types of wine from the different wine-producing countries. Open the bottle(s) on the night and let's discuss the wines all together, glass in hand! And no need for an Uber at the end of the night!"
