Hampshire jewellery company launches new bracelet stack to support dementia charity

Hampshire jewellery company launches new bracelet stack to support dementia charity: Image 1 If you want your wedding to make a difference, check out the latest addition to Hampshire-based Annie Haak's popular bracelet stacks.

Not only great as your something new and a stylish addition to your bridal look, 100 per cent of all proceeds from the sales will be going to help those affected by dementia. Designed in support of Annie Haak's chosen charity, Dementia Support - Sage House, the Memories Matter Bracelet Stack is a meaningful piece aimed at raising awareness and funds for the charity which provides quality care and support for those affected by dementia.

Intricately handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver, the three-strand stack features three sentimental charm bracelets. Featuring Annie's signature My Guardian Angel and Feather, the Heart charm is engraved with a Memories Matter motto to one side, and the symbolic Forget-Me-Not flower to the other.

Established in 2014, Dementia Support set out with a vision to create a partnership of organisations working together under one roof in a modern and purposefully designed hub, which led to Sage House being opened in West Sussex in 2018. The aim of the charity is to support and engage people living with dementia and their families to maintain their wellbeing and cognitive abilities, to prevent loneliness and isolation and to access good quality information, guidance and emotional support.
