Take a bath

Take a long warm bath, listen to some relaxing music with your favourite drink (whether that's wine or water). Using Yardley London's luxury finely milled soap, or the nourishing body wash, lather your skin to leave it feeling soft and smooth.

Moisturise

Rest

Now this one is easy, just chill out with a good book or film to take your mind off everything else.
