Our 19th century barn has a rich farm history and retains the best features from its original architecture - which are beautifully balanced with modern touches that bring this charming and wonderful venue into the 21st century, without forgetting its history. Let us organise your wedding reception and we promise a truly unique experience set in the gorgeous Hampshire countryside. Kimbridge Barn is beautiful! The elegant Barn with vaulted ceilings and oak beams holds up to 100 seated guests for dream weddings. It can hold 120 guests standing in the evening for dancing and extends onto its own private courtyard. The cosy Boot Room that joins the courtyard holds 30 standing guests, an intimate space with a large farmhouse style boardroom table, smaller breakout areas with comfortable seating plus a cosy log fire. On arrival guests can have canapes and drinks in the relaxed Boot Room and come through to the elegant Barn for the wedding breakfast for the ‘wow’ factor.
The food at Kimbridge is carefully crafted by executive chef and winner of the Great British Menu 2014 - James Durrant, with only the freshest and finest locally sourced seasonal produce. This is bespoke to your needs and choices. Prices start at £40 per head for a three course sit down meal but we can offer a more relaxed style if this is preferred. To give you an idea of drink costs a bottle of prosecco is £29 per / bottle, £18 per / bottle wine, £5.25 per / glass of wine, £6.75 per / glass of prosecco and £4.50 per / bottle of Flack Double Drop bottled beer.
The Wedding venue hire prices are £4000 for 2019, £5000 for 2020 including the entire space described above, tables, chairs, linen & cutlery. You have access from 8:00am on the day of until 8:00am the following morning.
