Adjacent to The Barn, The Boot Room offers a warm and cosy retreat, perfect for welcoming guests, hosting a drinks reception, or providing a quiet space for relaxation amidst plush lounge seating. Its doors opening onto the courtyard make it an ideal setting for intimate ceremonies or smaller gatherings.

Every aspect of your wedding day is seamlessly catered for, from the dining area and bar to the seating area and dance floor, with the adjacent courtyard providing a picturesque backdrop for capturing cherished moments. Kimbridge Barn is the perfect setting for a truly magical and memorable wedding with three areas included exclusively for weddings. Our elegant 19th century Barn can seat 100 guests for the Wedding Breakfast and an additional 50 guests in the evening. The Barn extends onto its own private courtyard with it’s charming outside bar, comfortable low-level furniture, permanent high peak gazebo and fire-pits that can be lit in the evening. It is the ideal space for arrival drinks and canapes. The cosy Boot Room that joins the courtyard holds 30 seated guests, 50 standing - an intimate space with comfy lounge seats, a lovely fire for the colder months plus private bathroom.
