Hale Park

Hale Park is an exclusive dry-hire wedding venue in the South of England that has regularly hosted events and weddings since before the pandemic.As part of an agricultural Estate in the New Forest, we have the capacity to host wonderful weddings in a gorgeous setting on top of a hill overlooking the Avon River Valley. A stately home that was built as a home but with the space and flexibility to allow you to transform this blank canvas creating a day that is yours alone. Our resources and experience allow us to cope with droughts and torrential rain merely by moving outside or inside. With few restrictions, Hale Park can be the honouring of your union and your treat for your friends, making a memory to last forever.

There are almost 100m2 of Drawing Rooms seating 120 people and more than 500m2 of gardens. Included with these is parking, power and water, bridal preparation rooms and toilets of rare grandeur. We have a CofE church in the garden that seats about 90 people. We have a civil wedding licence. You can be married in the Drawing Rooms in front of 120 guests; under the Portico out front; and in various locations in the garden. And if you engage an Independent Celebrant and get married quietly in a Registry Office beforehand, you can be “married” anywhere on the Estate! And not a lot of venues can offer what we can.

There are options regarding a catering tent, electricity distribution, tables and chairs. Also the possibility of staying in the South Wing with up to seven of your bridesmaids on the Wedding Eve and on your first night as a married couple there is the previously untouched Couple's Bedroom

As for the party, Hale Park’s blank canvas allows you to style this in any way you wish. You can have a band, dance floor and bar in almost any size marquee, or a DJ in the Drawing Rooms. A` A singer on the back steps with guests dancing on the lawn. Outside bars, inside bars, hog roasts, pizza vans, gin trolleys, bouncy castles, fairground rides and circus performers – all are welcome!
