Orient has introduced five new models to its diver design series

Orient has introduced five new Diver Design 40* models to its iconic diver design series. With a compact 39.9 mm case and gradation dials in modern colours, these pieces combine sporty and casual styling making them an ideal everyday companion as well as a fashionable accompaniment for any style.

Diver Design 40 is characterised by a compact 39.9 mm case, as well as the case design omitting the crown guard, a uni-directional rotating bezel highlighting the solid texture of the stainless steel, and a subtle date display. The latest models combine these light, simple style elements of Diver Design 40 with a refreshing design that highlights the dial.

The new dials feature a sunburst finish that creates subtle shifts in colour depending on the angle of light and come in five modern colours emphasising the watch’s metallic texture: green, navy-blue and brown dials for the regular models, and stylish grey and warm copper dials for the 2026 Spring-Summer models. All dials feature a circular gradation that transitions from light in the centre to dark on the outer edges, creating a sense of depth.

In addition to the fresh new colours, the dial’s details are also distinctive, including the adoption of the same indices design as Diver Design’s bar indices, a bold arrow-shaped hour hand, and a diamond-shaped minute hand with an elongated tip that reaches the minute scale. The bar indices and hands enhance the sleek, bold diver design, while the high luminosity of Luminous Light allows the time to be read even in the dark.
