The ultimate festive treat for all ages, featuring visits from Father Christmas, a choice of a Traditional Christmas Roast Lunch or Festive Dinner in Straits Kitchen on Christmas Day, enchanting entertainment for children, Champagne for the adults on arrival, and full access to the award-winning SENSORY Spa. Festive Afternoon Tea
Pan Pacific London also hosts a festive afternoon tea service balancing refined technique with quiet luxury. Guests are welcomed with a warm seasonal amuse-bouche before progressing to savouries that pair quintessential holiday elements with subtle, aromatic Southeast Asian accents, featuring everything from roast Bronze turkey with cranberry to delicate cured salmon and truffled egg mayonnaise. Warm buttermilk and gingerbread scones follow, accompanied by rich Cornish clotted cream and spiced fruit preserves, and a grand finale of spiced chocolate baubles and candied fruit macarons. The experience is paired with bespoke loose-leaf blends curated by Newby Teas, with the option to elevate the occasion with pourings of chilled Taittinger Champagne or warm, spiced mulled wine. The service is priced at £68 per person and takes place daily across two afternoon sittings.
A dedicated Children's Festive Afternoon Tea for younger guests aged 12 and under features an accessible selection of savoury sandwiches, delicate sweets, and hot chocolate or fresh juices. The centrepiece of the children's experience is an enchanting DIY decorating atelier, allowing younger diners to customise their own gingerbread biscuits and cupcakes with bespoke toppings. The children's menu is priced at £29 per child and runs alongside the main afternoon sittings throughout the festive season.

Once again, Londoners can look forward to the city's tallest Christmas tree, a magnificent 67-foot spectacle adorned with over 100,000 twinkling LED lights and 130 snowflakes ranging from 1 to 1.6 metres. Adding to the spectacle, visitors will be treated to what may be London's, if not the world's, largest festive wreath, spanning 10 metres across the hotel's plaza façade.
