Ahead of National Vegan Month this November, Vine Hotels has introduced new vegan wedding menus across six of its UK hotels and wedding venues, including The Mercure Southampton Centre Dolphin Hotel.
Couples can enjoy a delicious new choice of dishes that have been developed by Vine's team of expert chefs to ensure that the growing number of vegans in the UK have a wedding breakfast to suit them.
With its venue requests for vegan options increasing by 30% this year, the hotel company is introducing dishes that can be enjoyed and shared by vegans and non-vegans alike. Taking inspiration from around the world, the ingredients and choice of dishes allows couples to showcase vegan cooking that's not only delicious, but also appealing to a whole range of tastebuds.
There's even a vegan street food menu to choose from for the evening buffet or for a more relaxed informal wedding breakfast. Couples can pick three dishes from the menu to offer their guests, including chickpea falafel, Mexican fajita kebabs, spiced bean burgers and Thai noodle broth.
