Dorset's new wedding celebrant duo

Dorset dream team Laura Bell and Lou Brown have joined forces to launch Fox & Star Ceremonies providing wedding and other bespoke celebrant-led services.

Laura started out offering baby-naming ceremonies, after wanting to have one for her own son. "When he was born three years ago, I just didn't know where to start though," she explains. "After taking a couple of bookings for naming ceremonies, I approached Lou about joining Fox & Star and launching into weddings. Now we already have enquiries coming in for next year and 2022, which is an amazing position to be in."

The enterprising pair are both certifed celebrants and trained independently with the Academy of Modern Celebrancy and Fellowship of Professional Celebrants. Lou adds, "When Laura asked me I didn't have any reservations about working alongside her as this is something we've already done so well in the past."
