The beautiful romantic 30 acre site, nestled along the peaceful water way with an abundance of nature. Rolling green lawns, woodland and orchard, provide a relaxed atmosphere with a wealth of photo opportunities. Stream side cottages, eco houses, campsite and the main Mill House give a variety of charming accommodation.

Glorious gardens
Stunning grounds are what you see as you enter the site. Our picturesque River way runs through the middle of the property, with green rolling lawns either side. We have a lovely orchard, a small windmill, wooded areas, gorgeous willow trees and lots of open spaces.
Guest accommodation
We offer a range of different accommodations for you and your guests. From the beautiful main Mill House to our more modern eco lodges, to the idyllic, river side stone cottages.
We also have a large campsite which can host host a huge amount of people if you had a lot of guests wanting to stay on site with you!
Historic venues
You could say that Calbourne Water Mill has seen a few changes … this isn’t exactly surprising when you consider that it has been here for around 1,000 years!
The Mill is still in full working order and is a sight to behold!
Riverside venues
The stunning site of Calbourne Mill runs along our precious River way. Full of life and abundant in nature, you can enjoy its beauty by having your wedding right beside it in a large marquee. Surrounded by green lawns, weeping willow trees, peacocks, ducks and the little orchard.

There are several venue sites to chose from around the grounds to suit you and your guests needs.
River Side, the Sea View Campsite, The Tearoom and soon to be available is The Woodland.
