Weddings in the Wood
If you go down to the woods today, be sure to check out the Carpenter’s Barn. Hidden among the trees at the New Forest Outdoor Centre on the private Minstead Manor Estate, it’s a magical place for a woodland wedding. You can enjoy exclusive use of the venue for your whole day, marry in the barn or have an outdoor blessing with the sky and trees as your canopy.
The perfect blank canvas, you can style it your way to create your dream wedding. The barn can accommodate around 120 loved ones for a civil ceremony, 100 guests if used for a sit-down meal or the marquee on the woodland deck can accommodate 125 seated-guests comfortably for the wedding breakfast.
As well as a licensed bar, a large fire circle and barbecue facilities, there are lawns, a meandering trail through the ancient woodland and on-site accommodation for your guests.
